I’m Odette, founder of OM Conditioning, and today’s blog is a simple question — but it’s the question I get asked more than any other:“So, how can you actually help me?”And I get it. The online coaching space is so loud — full of promises, filters, and formulas that rarely touch what’s really going on. You don’t need more noise. You need change — something real, structured, and sustainable. So today, I’m going to tell you exactly what I do, who I help, and why I care so much.
What I Do
I help women who feel lost, stuck, disconnected. overwhelmed to rebuild their strength and ultimately themselves.Through OM Conditioning, I blend structured training, nutrition, and mindset work to help you:
· Find structure again — through movement, routine, and accountability.
· Rebuild trust with yourself — one small promise at a time.
· Shift your mindset from chaos to clarity.
· Transform your body in a way that’s sustainable and enjoyable, not punishing.
This isn’t about punishing yourself thinner or chasing an aesthetic that was never yours to begin with. It’s about becoming a woman who keeps her word to herself. As we all hear so frequently, ‘We are individual, we are all so different.’ And this is of course true, but you don’t realise how true this is until you find out who you actually are.I don’t just hand out plans, well, I can if that’s what you want but rather I lead you towards being able to help yourself again.
Who I Work With
I work with women who are done being spectators in their own lives. They range from high achievers and CEOs to mothers, to professionals and they’re of all ages. They say things like:

Why You Can Trust Me?
Because I don’t coach from a textbook. I coach from experience. I don’t use scripts or AI, anyone who knows me will tell you that I say it like it is, for better or worse. I’ve been the woman who lost herself. The woman who used food, alcohol, and chaos to cope. I’ve faced fear, shame, exhaustion, and come out the other side stronger, not because I had it all together, but because I finally stopped pretending I did. My life got so bad I had to just admit defeat. I was all out of options, I was scared – no I was terrified, I had nothing and no one.What were my options? Give up forever? Give into darkness – as it were, or fight. I rebuilt myself. I now teach women to do the same: through structure, honesty, and relentless self-respect.Yes, I’m a certified fitness and mindset coach, but my real authority comes from walking through the fire — and then choosing to stay there long enough to learn from it. I’m not one of those PTs with a killer body who wants to tell you to just eat fewer carbs. I’ve been overweight, I have had that feeling of utter hopelessness, and yet here I am – here to tell the tale. When I say I understand what it takes to change, I mean it. When I say, ‘I know how you feel” I really, really mean it.
