I have been there. I was over-weight, struggling with depression and anxiety, suffering with skin conditions and never getting a decent nights sleep. In general I was suffering. I am not just another fitness trainer who wants to know how many grams of protein you ate today, or how many hours of long, gruelling cardio you've done this week. I want to start from the beginning, understand and more importantly I want to help. My programme isn't for everyone but it could be for you if you're done playing small. I am a fitness and lifestyle coach, and I've been where you are now. I want to help you realise your worth.
