
About Me
I get it because I was once 25kg overweight. I was a heavy smoker and a heavy drinker with zero standards, no discipline and even less structure. I had rock bottom confidence, struggled with severe anxiety and never really knew my own worth. I settled for less than I deserved for decades.
Now, not only have I lost the weight and kept it off but I have retrained myself and my mind. I'm now the founder of a fitness and mindset business and I help other women to lose weight, get results and build discipline.
My programme isn't for everyone but it could be for you if you're done playing small.


Meet your coach.
My name is Odette, I am the founder of OM Conditioning. I am a fully insured, internationally accredited coach. I have certifications in fitness, gym-based coaching, nutrition, mindset and lifestyle coaching and I'm heading to the top of my career to qualify as a Master PT. But what's more important than certificates and bits of paper is that I have real-life, lived experience. I practise what I preach and believe me when I say, "I've been there."
