1. Cancellations

Clients may cancel any membership, package, or service provided by OM Conditioning at any time. No cancellation fee will be applied. Notice of cancellation must be provided in writing, either by email or via any official communication channel designated by OM

Conditioning.

2. Refunds

All payments made to OM Conditioning are strictly non-refundable. This includes, without limitation, membership fees, class packs, personal training sessions, programs, courses, and any other products or services purchased. 

- No refunds, whether full or partial, will be issued in the event of cancellation by the client.

- Payments may not be applied as credit toward future services unless expressly agreed in writing by OM Conditioning.

 

3. Policy Acknowledgement

By purchasing any service, membership, or product from OM Conditioning, the client confirms their understanding and acceptance of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
